At Little Sweethearts Co. We want you to be completely in love with your purchase but we understand some products just don't work out. We will happily help you with refunds or exchanges if contacted within 14 days after delivery. Please, allow us 5-10 business days from the day we receive the item to process the full refund minus the $7.50 flat shipping fee. All items for returns will need to be approved by Little Sweethearts Co before mailing it back to our headquarters for processing and MUST be in its original packaging, unworn & unwashed with tags attached.

LSC Reserves the right to refuse a return if the above requirements are NOT met upon receiving the item(s) and/or if we notice signs of wear/damage or anything else that was not reported. Item(s) will be returned back to you at you.
NOTE: When shipping your return make sure you ship it tracked and insured otherwise we are not responsible for lost, undelivered or stolen packages and we can't issue a refund.
